Scott Lavery & Jeremy Green

In July 2013, Scott Lavery and Jeremy Green spent three days at the Renner Institute in Vienna, Austria, for a Foundation of European Progressive Studies (FEPS) Young Academics Network meeting.

Over what were an intensive couple of days, they were producing policy papers with progressive proposals for European reform, with other young European academics.

Jeremy was working on a paper gearing the EU towards achieving full employment in Europe within the Economic Governance Working Group. Scott was working on the issue of precarious employment in an Employment Working Group.

It was a very productive meeting and they will be meeting again at the end of October to finalise the papers before publication. We will of course let you know when the papers are published.
