Johnny Cameron, John Gieve & Paul Moore to give their insight in to the banking crisis in upcoming seminar

We’re delighted to announce an exciting SPERI seminar, which will take place at the University of Sheffield next month.

In the event ‘The Banking Crisis and the Future of Banking: Reflections from Three Key Insiders’, banking experts Mr Johnny Cameron, Sir John Gieve and Mr Paul Moore will give their views of the banking crisis and the future of banking, before answering questions from the audience.

Mr Johnny Cameron is the former Chairman of Global Markets at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Sir John Gieve is former Permanent Secretary for the Home Office and former Deputy Governor for Financial Stability at the Bank of England, and Mr Paul Moore is former Head of Group Regulatory Risk at HBOS and recently gave influential evidence to the Treasury Select Committee and the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards.

This small and intimate event which promises to provide an insightful account of the banking crisis, will take place on Tuesday 15 October 2013 at 14.00 in ICOSS, University of Sheffield.
